Furthermore, we will be working hand in hand with the caregiver and the employer to help in justifying their profession and work.
COURSE NAME: DIPLOMA IN NANNY (1 year)
Caregiver Nanny Program:
To prepare a skilled and well-trained workforce essential for providing high quality care and education services to children and families. Through professional development, child care providers acquire knowledge and skills needed to plan and implement quality early learning experiences. If you are child care providers looking for professional development opportunities, the Amritsar Nanny Institute is providing training for child care providers in classroom based curriculum program. We offer variety of training, education and resources to help you earn the experience and training needed to be successful in the early childhood and school age care workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities of a Nanny in Child Care Professional:-

  • Supervise and care for children in employer’s or own residence
  • Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
  • Prepare formulas and change diapers for infants
  • Plan, prepare and serve meals for children and may perform other housekeeping duties
  • Oversee children’s activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children and support their social development
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Organize and participate in activities such as game, crafts, reading and outings
  • Take children to and from school and appointments
  • May be required to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding each child.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have passed 10/10+2 in any stream. The Duration of the Course is 6 Months.
